What sizes do you have?
We carry XS to 3XL. Pants, shorts and skirts are sold by waist size, from 20 to 48 inches. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, so the exact size and the measured length are read out on the live before you buy. If you are unsure, just ask in the comments and we will measure it again on camera.
How much are your clothes?
Most pieces are NT$118 to NT$198, and the most common price is NT$178. The full range is NT$68 to NT$999 depending on the type and brand.
How much is shipping?
NT$38 for 7-Eleven pickup and NT$35 for FamilyMart pickup, anywhere in Taiwan.
When will you ship it? When will it arrive?
We usually ship the next day. Your parcel reaches the pickup store about 2 days after you order — 9 out of 10 parcels arrive within 2.6 days.
Is it COD? How do I pay?
Yes, cash on delivery. You pay at the counter when you collect your parcel at 7-Eleven or FamilyMart. There is nothing to pay in advance.
How many days do I have to pick it up?
7 days from the day it arrives at the store. This is the same for both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart. You will get a notification when it arrives.
When is your next live?
Follow @pabilicloset.tw on TikTok. We usually go live around 8–9 in the morning, and sometimes at 8 in the evening. A live normally runs for about 3 to 4 hours, so there is plenty of time to join.
How do I order?
During the live, comment “mine” together with the item code. We will send you a link to fill in your name, phone number and the pickup store you want.
Where are you located?
We are based in Taichung, Taiwan. We ship to 7-Eleven and FamilyMart stores all over Taiwan, so you can buy from us wherever you are working.
Is it brand new or ukay?
Ukay — preloved, second-hand clothing. Every single piece is shown on camera during the live so you can see the real condition before you decide.
