1. Who We Are

SwipeShop is the English storefront name of 碧麗坊, a pre-loved clothing shop operated by Marco Chang in Taiwan. Pabili Closet is our related livestream clothing brand. This Privacy Policy applies to the SwipeShop storefront and explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. What We Collect

• Order data: Your name (or chosen pickup-name), phone number, and preferred convenience-store pickup location. We need this to ship your order.
• Communication data: Messages you send us via Facebook Messenger, TikTok comments, or livestream chat — kept only to provide customer service.
• Site usage: Basic pseudonymous browsing data on this SwipeShop catalog, such as page views, referral source, device/browser information, and a random browser identifier. We use it to improve the shop. No customer account is required.

We do not collect: payment-card data (cash on pickup), ID numbers, addresses (only convenience-store pickup names), or biometric data.

3. Why We Collect It

• To process and ship your order.
• To contact you about order status (e.g. parcel arrived at 7-Eleven).
• To respond to questions or returns.

4. Who We Share It With

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Carriers: 7-Eleven 賣貨便 and FamilyMart 好賣+ — they receive your pickup-name and phone so the parcel can be matched at the counter.
• No one else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising.

5. TikTok Integration ("Pabili Closet Auto Post")

Our internal "Pabili Closet Auto Post" tool integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to upload short videos to our own TikTok account (@pabilicloset.tw). This integration is authorized only by the account owner (Marco Chang). The tool does not collect, store, or process any data from TikTok users, followers, or commenters. It posts videos we have prepared; it does not read or send DMs, scrape comments, or harvest follower lists.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Order data: 2 years (required for accounting and possible disputes), then deleted.
• Messages: 1 year, then deleted.
• Site usage data: pseudonymous event data is kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or converted into aggregate statistics.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• See what data we have about you.
• Correct it if wrong.
• Delete it (we will, unless we need to keep it for an open order or legal requirement).

8. Security

Order data is kept in access-controlled business systems. Administrative access is restricted to the operator, and public order tracking requires a private order credential or verification with the phone number used for the order. We do not use customer data for marketing emails or third-party advertising.

9. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
