1. About SwipeShop（碧麗坊）

SwipeShop is the English storefront name of 碧麗坊, a pre-loved (second-hand) clothing shop serving Filipino OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) and the broader community in Taiwan. Pabili Closet is our related livestream clothing brand. This website is the SwipeShop storefront.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order. By using this service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

• Orders on this website are placed through the SwipeShop catalog and confirmed only after our system verifies the item is still available.
• Payment is collected at convenience-store pickup (7-Eleven 賣貨便 / FamilyMart 好賣+) when the parcel arrives at the pickup store.
• Current convenience-store shipping is NT$38 for 7-Eleven and NT$35 for FamilyMart. The selected fee is shown separately before you place the order.
• Pickup window is typically 7 days from arrival at the store; unclaimed parcels are returned and the order is cancelled.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we describe condition honestly in each listing. If an item is materially different from what was described, please contact us within 3 days of pickup and we will arrange a refund or exchange. Standard "change of mind" returns are not accepted.

5. TikTok Integration ("Pabili Closet Auto Post")

We operate a TikTok account (@pabilicloset.tw) and use the TikTok Content Posting API via an internal tool we built called "Pabili Closet Auto Post" to schedule and upload short videos showcasing newly arrived inventory. This tool only posts to our own TikTok account; it does not post on behalf of customers, does not read other users' data, and does not send messages to followers. Authorization is granted by the account owner (Marco Chang) only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No fraudulent orders or chargebacks on legitimate purchases.
• No harassment of our staff over livestream chat, messenger, or any other channel.
• No reselling of our service brand or attempting to impersonate Pabili Closet.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pabili Closet is a small business operating in good faith. We do our best to describe items accurately and ship reliably, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, mis-deliveries by carriers, or item-condition disputes beyond the refund remedies in Section 4.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
